Fresh cabbage
This is shredded cabbage. Much easier and faster than shredding or chopping myself. This is fresh. It stayed in the frig 2days before I prepared it. It was still fresh on day3 when it was finished.

Dont even get me started. The label says angel hair cole slaw. It used to be nice and finely grated. Not any more. Big chunks of cabbage and core all thru it. I used to buy this to add in with your 3 color cole slaw mix because it was big chunks too and after I took the chunks out the angel hair would add to the bulk. Some times I even put it all in my food processer and shread it up a lot finer. I guess you changed who processes the both kind. It used to be a wonderful product. It says Processed in Mexico I thought I rembered it being processed once in USA. Guess it does make a difference.

    We've bought this a few times and it is always fresh, crisp cabbage. They must start with good product and Walmart does a good job keeping it cool and fresh. It's not organic, but it tasted good and fresh.

    Healthier replacement of lettuce for most things
    We use this in taco's, and taco salads, works good. holds up better than romaine or iceberg lettuce does in all things. Great on hot sandwiches too.

    thia is not a review of the item above , but of thw fact that i received mo cole slaw at all in my ordee. after picking up my curbside order, i parked and went inside the store. EVERY ITEM THAT I DID NOT RECEIVE WAS AVAILABLE, ON THE SHELVES, FOR PURCHASE!!!

    Healthy Tummy Food!
    I eat this stuff plain for a happy tummy. Handy to already have is shredded. Handy for so many recipes. I always like to choose the freshest date. I keep it well sealed after opening to keep at its best.
