Great board and customer service
Just got the board and have only had it out once so far. We have a ROC and Serenelife and this board seems to be just as good! Had a problem with the paddle but customer service was awesome!

Pump hose will not attach to board valve.
The pump house will not connect to the paddle board. I've purchased 2 boards that arrived today and the same issue for both. Yes, the valve button on board is popped up/out position. Yes, I'm attempting to attach the correct end of the hose pump to the board valve. I am inserting the hose by jiggling and pressing in, followed by turning clockwise. The hose pops out without attaching. Please advise. $400 spent. I am not a novice.

    Great board and customer service

    Would have probably been great if it had a pump!
    Received my delivery today and noticed the bottom of box was not taped. When inspecting the contents noted there was no pump in the box. Drove to stores in my town looking for some kind of pump but there was nothing. Going camping without this paddle board I guess, kind of sad about it.

    Great paddleboard, especially for the price. The only issue was the pump did not fit in the SUP valve so I could not inflate it with the pump that was included. I borrowed a pump and it inflated just fine so I reached out to customer service to ask for a replacement pump. The merchant was not able to replace it but offered to give me a partial refund (the cost of a pump shipping) so I could order one. The merchant was very responsive and issued the refund right away. Very happy with the SUP and the way the issue was resolved.

    Nice board!
    Labor intensive to blow up. Can be remedied with an electric pump though We really do not have anything bad to say about these. We'd buy them again in a heart beat. Love this paddle board, comes with everything you need. Very stable with a solid platform, light and easy to handle.

    High quality SUP at an affordable price!
    As a beginner to paddle boarding this board is everything I was looking for. It was shipped and delivered extremely fast! It was fairly easy to set up even with a manual pump. Everything from the board itself to the bag it came with appears to be high quality. What I also like about it, is that it can hold two people. I also really liked that included a dry bag for your phone or anything else you would like to take with you.

    Absolutely perfect for people who want flexibility in hiking outback, and need space. QUALITY product. Thank you! Arrived quick, the design looks badass, the material is sturdy.     Spend some more money on a quality SUP.
    It's an ok board. You'll get a workout pumping it up before you can even ride it. Valve started to leak on the 2nd use. I went to adjust it and all the teeth completely broke off the tool. I just spent $9 on a new one so once it comes I'll update this to see if the leak is even fixable.

    Sadly this board leaked at the valve after the first use. I really wanted it to work well. I also felt like it was a little unstable, possibly because I didnt have a solid 15 psi.
