The tutu material is definitely not clothing quality and more like craft material, the bow is stuck on with a glue gun. It looks more like a one time use Halloween costume than a dress. I highly doubt it will survive one wash, let alone one use by a toddler. It's not even worth the discounted rate of worth $13. I don't recommend this dress.Murugan
