I counted all the pieces prior to putting the organizor together- everything was there and nothing was damaged. Very easy assembly, but terrible instructions. The pieces look alike with very small differences, and the instructions doesnt show it very well, so I had to unbolt, rebolt and switch pieces maybe 3 times. The paint also scrapes off a bit while putting the connectors together, but very minor and not noticable. It's a bit pricey for the size, but I'm overall satisfied with it.

Bad product overall
The parts weren't labeled and it was terrible to put together. I can't put it together properly. The welded parts don't line up. This product overall is not worth the money. I suggest you look elsewhere for a shelf.

    I wish I had read the 1 star ratings first. Assembling it felt like trying to get pieces of several different puzzles together. Unless you are very handy

    This clothing rack is the laughing stock of bedroom furniture. Ive never been compelled to write a review about anything, but this piece of work made me do it. None of the pieces fit together, the instructions were photocopied sideways on a vertical piece of paper so I couldnt even read them, and the dimensions stated on the website were so far off its embarrassing. I was planning on using this clothing rack to hold some extra snow jackets and hoodies for my room but I dont think the rack itself can support a toddler hoodie. This thing sucks

    WARNING! Seller won't return or refund!
    When I received this garment rack it was missing the pieces for the wooden shelving units. When I reached out to the seller they refused to provide me the missing shelving units. Moreover, they refused to have the item returned and they only offered to refund me $10 when the product cost $67. I will be returning this product directly through Walmart customer service. Additionally, this product is garbage, the pieces don't fit together properly, and it isn't even the same shape as the one shown in the picture. If I had received the shelving units for this product, then it would have been 2.5 stars at best.

    Beautiful but a mess to put together
    Let me just start by saying this item, once finally put together, is beautiful! However, it took almost two hours to put together because it came with one very unhelpful page of instructions and none of the pieces were labeled. My recommendation would be to just use your best judgement when putting it together. The overall finish was very nice and it seems pretty sturdy. (I used it as a plant stand and not for clothes).

    Good material, easy enough to assemble on your own
    Have been needing a closet organizer for a while and this fit perfectly and the material is sturdy and good quality for its price. I ordered two of these and assembled both myself. The instructions are a bit limited so you do need to take a bit more time figuring it out. By the second assembly I put it together faster because I knew what to expect. I have to dock one star because the adjustable foot pads that it comes with does not fit snugly into the legs of the rack at all. I think they are meant to be placed in the legs at the very end when you figure out where you want your rack, but after that you won't want to move it because the foot pads will just fall right out. However if you are tired of flimsy closet organizers (like those collapsible ones) then this is really good because its wood and metal, plus it looks neat!

    I love the black and wood color and the way that my plants look with it. My only issue was the instructions. The clothing rack only came with image instructions and although its not hard to assemble, you do have to figure out some stuff yourself

    sophisticated and visually pleasing
    I like the color of the wood and it matches perfectly to our desk. it is a good height to hang garments and could even for well in the foyer serving as a coat rack. awe chose to add it to our office for now as we are working in there all of the time and can hang our business jackets on it for easy access when there's a zoom call. it is. a bonus that it watches our desk and office space. took about 30 minutes from open box to complete.

    Not exactly like the photo.
    With just this piece alone, I wouldn't have any complaints. However the piece I receive wasn't exactly as the one in the photos. The tops aren't square, they're rounded. The other piece that I order with this one is square and the wood is a different color, but based on the photos they're the same except the other doesn't have shelves.
