Broken chair within a month
I've always wanted one of these chairs. I bough one last month and couldn't wait for it to arrive. It came in 2 pieces, only needing slight assembly. I was ecstatic!! Imagine how disappointed I was when within a week it became wobbly like it was going to break. Not long after that it completely snapped from the base. I contacted customer support to just exchange it but they gave me the run around for over a week. I then contacted Walmart Support and requested a refund instead. I love this chair so I am beyond disappointed that this was the outcome, especially the way customer service did not offer any help.
