Bought this for my 93-year -old Dad who still does ...
Bought this for my 93-year -old Dad who still does his and my Mom's laundry. He put it together by himself and said it "does the trick". The only negative for me is iI don't see this when I pull into their garage....

I recommend that you spend your money elsewhere
The piece that hold this table in an upright position is flimsy and recently cracked on me in less than 6 months of use. I requested a replacement part (at my cost) but was informed that the warehouse does not ship replacement parts and my 30 day warranty had expired. I recommend that you spend your money elsewhere, this company has very poor customer service and the hamper is too expensive to have cracked so easily.

    Handy Utility Carts
This is the second time I've purchased a pair of these carts. The first time was 5 years ago, and eventually the bags got gross/mildewed/dirty at the bottom from wet towels, my husband's filthy work clothes, and such. They say that the bags are washable but I don't see how they wouldn't shrink and wrinkle up to nothing. The chrome on the bottom of the carts also rusted from contact with damp bags over time, so I just decided to buy 2 new units. This time around I treated the inside of the bags with some fabric protectant spray that we use on our outdoor cushions. I also got some custom iron-on labels from a great Etsy shop who makes them and I love how they turned out. I expect these to last much longer than my first pair.

Hopefully just one that slipped through the cracks. UPDATED 2/2/2019
The quality of this is almost what should be expected for the cost. I had the whole thing 90 percent assembled. Then when I went to install the plastic brackets for the folding top I found one of the holes completely oversized. This makes it impossible to fasten one of the screws. I could drill out a larger hole, tap some threads and use another fastener. But the adage is "You get what you pay for." and in this case that is unacceptable. I asked for a replacement, because everything else is perfect, hence the two stars, so I hope this is a one off mistake. I will update this once I receive the replacement.
UPDATE: After receiving the replacement, I was able to fully assembled the item. This is night and day different compared to other laundry sorters. Sturdy and no sway or twisiting in the body. Even if all bags are fully loaded. I took one star off because the clearance of the lid hinge again the frame was zero, and it was scraping the frame when opening and closing the lid. I was able to resolve this by doubling the washers the instructions said to use. This gave the necessary clearance. The bags have held up with no tears or holes. Let's see how the next few months do, but I would recommend this.

    Did a lot of homework
I did a lot of homework on these units because I have had some years ago that were wobbly garbage.

This unit is by far the most study, well engineered piece I’ve ever seen. Casters work great, rugged tips on the bag rods hold bags in place (and open) and there is enough clearance to remove a packed full bag without wrestling with the frame. Just as a test, I sat on the thing, and that is 275 pounds of American dude. Not even a creak.

    Worth it.
I'm a big guy. My clothes are big and heavy. I'm also neat and a bit nitpicky, so I like my dress/button shirts to be in one area of soil while my cotton T's are in another. I just take a bag and dump whatever's in it into the washing machine. I love this for doing my laundry. No more dragging around a heavy basket of my clothes, I neatly sort beforehand and then throw what I have sorted into the washer. My wife is the opposite. She loves it because she can just fit everything into it, and that's exactly what she does. She gets me to do my own laundry by completely fudging my system. She just throws underwear with pants with shirts, I mean anything she gets her hands on and then whatever's in a bag she'll throw into the wash. Somehow it works out for her but ugh, I feel like my clothes last a way shorter time when she's not doing it my way, alas, I'm too lazy to do it my way all the time. The point is, this makes us all happy. 3 large bags, wheels and a solid enough of a build that it doesn't wobble or feel like it's going to fall apart with a big guys heavy clothing filling the 3 large bags to their brim. Love it and considering buying another for...heeeerrr.

    Missing parts/poor customer service
The assembly instructions are a bit confusing, but the main problem is that they didn't include the 4 small screws and 2 washers that are needed to attached the folding table. Of course I only bought this item because of the folding table. It would be easy to run to the hardware store to get screws, but Seville Classics customer service is useless since they don't know the size of the screws. I guess I'll get the missing pieces eventually, but God knows when. What a waste of time and money!

UPDATE 6/9: It is now over a month later and the so-called "rush" shipment of the missing screws that customer service promised have yet to materialize. I advise others to purchase similar items from a more reputable manufacturer.
