Defective Mattress
I rate this mattress a 3 because the mattress I received is defective. This mattress is not flush or straight at the head or foot of this mattress. If I turn it around then it won't hit flush on my husbands side. There big gap gap so whenever I lay down to sleep my pillow sinks and I wake up with my shoulders and neck hurting. I am not pleased with this uncomfortable sleep. I don't understand why would you sell this to anyone. These are the reasons I would not recommend this mattress to anyone.

    Great Mattress medium firm
    I absolutely love this mattress. I have purchased 6 of them over the last three years in, from full to King. It is a firmer mattress but not hard. It is very comfortable for me and my guest. One of the mattresses was in a vacation rental with over 100 stays and the mattress is still in great shape with no sagging in the middle.

    I have a bad back. I did lots of research on mattress. Hybrid are usually the best because they last longer than foam mattress and hold it's shape. When you received the box, it's going to be heavy. It's going to be rolled up in a rectangular box. You will need some time to open me allow the mattress to breathe. At the first, the mattress is really firm. After that the mattress will soften. It wouldn't soften to the point where you will sink in. This is the first time that I was ever able to sleep on my back after years. I would highly recommend this mattress to anyone that looking to purchase a new one.

    Not too hard, not too soft, it's just right.
    I am a tall very plus size woman in my late 50s with low back and hip pain and menopausal. This mattress is great. I woke up the first morning after sleeping on it and had no pain for the first time in 5 years. I was worried with the gel that I would be too cold but that isn't true. I think it has helped regulate my temperature because I am not waking up with every hot flash. I also am not waking up and having to change position because of hip pain. I looked at alot of mattresses online and read a ton of reviews. I was so scared to order because I don't have alot of money so I didn't want to make a mistake but this mattress was not a mistake at all. I have it on a metal frame. One more thing. I was scared it was going to be too hard or too soft. This is not a mattress you sink into and I am very heavy but it's not hard either. It is just right. I am laying in bed watching TV and I am very comfortable.

    Wasn't really sure about ordering a bed online. I shopped around for weeks looking for the best deal. This bed does not disappoint! Bought a king for right at $300 and far exceeded my Rooms To Go $800 euro top mattress. I've had this mattress for 8 months now, and it is holding up perfectly. My Rooms to Go mattress had major sag issues after 4 months, and the box spring wood was broken after 3 months.

    I really like it so far! It came in a VERY heavy little box and then sprung out like a GIANT SNEK! D: ...and the cat thinks I got it for her. Some people said it has a bad smell at first, but mine doesn't smell too bad and the smell it does have is like... new car smell, so it's actually kind of nice I think. Be wary of the box though! It comes in one of those super sturdy/reinforced boxes that has little metal staple bits so I wouldn't try breaking it down, better to just set it out next to the garbage (if your city has unlimited curbside pickup that is). Oh, also the mattress has this like cooling top part to it, so it's like cool to the touch, which I think is really nice (probably also why the cat likes it so much).

    Great night’s rest!
    I’m really impressed with this mattress! Upon arrival, I was unsure of what the product was. It was delivered in a tall, vertical box. The box was pretty beat up, and it was very heavy. I definitely suggest getting some help moving the box (mattress) into your house. Just a word of a advice; make sure you open the mattress with a lot of room around you. The reason for this is the mattress is rolled up, and once you start opening it, it unrolls quickly and with quite a bit of force. Stand back and give the mattress room to expand. I let the mattress “air out” for a few days, and there was no odor or strange smell. This mattress provides a comfortable night’s sleep even though it’s a little firmer than I anticipated. I’m really enjoying my sleep, though. It’s definitely a comfy, luxurious feeling mattress. As for keeping your body cooler, I can’t attest to that because it is winter where I currently reside. I can attest for the good nights rest I am getting. It’s nice to wake up and not have an aching back or side!
