Heaven in a bed
This mattress is soooo comfy! My old set was a double and I was worried a queen wouldn't go up my 200 year old steps..but it came all compact n rolled up. Problem. Solved. It's super soft n comfortable. My old bed was 20 plus years old so this mattress was like laying on a cloud.

Buyer Beware:
At first it was a great mattress we had finally found one that we could sleep on and our backs not hurt, but then after only 1 1/2 years the top foam started separating from 2nd layer making it poke out on the side and now they don't want to take care of replacement. Its a little hard to see in picture but it worse in person.

    Perfect Bed
    My 19-year-old son loves this bed. It's comfortable and a great bed. It does not need a topper and it is worth the price so I would buy this bed again.

    Good product
    The mattress arrived in good condition but the box was in shreds. Both the mattress and bed frame were placed on our driveway without prior notice. I wonder what would have happened in rainy weather. But the mattress is comfortable if a bit firm. The frame is still in the box. Better print communication would have been better..

    Comfortable Medium Firm Mattress
    The Sutton Gel Memory Foam and Innerspring Hybrid queen mattress arrived with a little damage to the box, but the mattress was unharmed inside the box. The delivery went well, as the delivery person put the box in the garage, until we had time to bring it in the house and open the box. The box is a little over 5 foot tall, but was easy to bring into the house in the box. The box is a little heavy. The bed was easy to manage out of the box once opened. The plastic that covers the mattress is open on one end, so we could hear it airing-up as soon as we removed the secured outer plastic wrapping. The bed was mostly inflated within less than an hour. It does have an odor that I'm hopeful will pass with time; but, most new mattress do. The mattress is a medium-firm; which, is a little difficult with my back pain, but again, the mattress is new, so optimistically it will soften up overtime. The top and the bottom of the mattress, being that the bed is memory foam, make it easier to get in/out of. The bed also helps with movement and transition, as I am a light sleeper and when the dog moves on the bed, it is easier for me to sleep through her moving all over the place to get comfortable. The bed is a comfortable gel memory foam bed, but it may take a bit of time for the smell and stiffness of the new bed to dissipate.

    Very good for arthritis
    I was a little shocked when it showed up with the fed ex guy. The size of the box , I was like no way a queen size mattress is in there. It was a little heavy for me. Get it inside and it is vacuum packed and rolled up. It fluffed up nicely once I got it opened. It is a very nice higher quality looking mattress. Black material covers the bottom and the top has a pretty soft textured cover. The gel top is firm but gives to pressure points like hip and shoulders which is nice with my osteoarthritis. There is very little movement when another person gets in or out of bed. This is definitely a mattress I would recommend to family and friends.

    I did replace a hybrid innerspring mattress that we have had for several years with this one. The older mattress is also a Classic brand that has served us for about five or six years now and it was time to try a new one. This mattress is 11.5 inches tall our old was around 14 inches tall. This makes it easier for my wife to get on and off the bed and our little dogs are much happier with the lower bed height. This mattress weighs around 90 plus pounds so some help is needed to move it and carry it through the house. The box was damaged in shipment but the mattress was unharmed. Pull it out the box and lay it out on the box springs or adjustable bed frame cut the plastic off and let it inflate and voilà you have a mattress. Now we allowed ours to air out prior to placing any sheets or a protector on it. We did notice a slight chemical smell, but nothing offensive or lingering from the mattress. It is soft to the touch and the stitching is not overly pronounced on the sleeping surface. The sides have a fleecy like material around the mattress. It feels like a medium firm mattress, the sides do have a slight downward slope to them, but nothing that bothered us. After a few days of use we sleep much better that on our old one. My only complaint with the mattress is that there are no handles on the edges to make rotating the mattress easier. I did receive this product from the Spark Reviewer Program.

    I think i love Hybrids
    Finally, mattress's are getting better made and cheaper. Plus a 10 year warranty! Right off the bat I want you to know I got this mattress free to give my honest opinion and I will as I've went through about 10-12 in the past 20 or so years. I hate mattress shopping probably more than anything. I have had better luck buying from Walmart.com than our local furniture/mattress store these past years due to price and how they hold up being a very large person. This will need 2 people to move as it's not a cheap light "foam" mattress. And this one won't get you hot in the middle of the night like my 1st memory foam mattress did. It took about 48 hours to fully expand from it's vacuum packing but may take up to 72 hours in a cold room. There was no unusual smell that we could tell after 2 days sitting . One downside the instructions tell you is that they don't recommend using a electric blanket or heated mattress pad so it's a little chilly getting into this winter. It has something to do with preventing it's ability to reduce pressure and stress properly. Anyway that wasn't a big deal for us. It will need a foundation and if you get a queen or king size it would be best to have some type of middle support. Since I didn't "sink" into this one like the old foam mattress's or feel the pressure of the springs like I did on the "firm" ones I would normally buy, Hybrids seem the way to go for me. I will never pay the $1,000+ the salesperson suggests I get for a person of my size at mattress stores. Only time will tell if it holds up but I only have a 2 week time limit for my opinion and it feels like the best one I've ever had so far for my lower back pain so far.

    Quality Mattress at a Great Price!
    I certainly didn't think this relatively inexpensive Modern Sleep Surrey Hybrid Gel Memory Foam and Innerspring 11.5-Inch Mattress that I got from the Spark Reviewer Program would be very comfortable. Boy, was I wrong! My husband and I slept great on this thing. Its medium-firm memory foam top provided just the right amount of support and softness, and contoured to our bodies. I also thought it would be kind of hot sleeping on the foam, but there is a cooling 3-inch gel memory foam top with 2-inches of soft foam under that. Beneath those two layers are individually wrapped innerspring coils. And finally, there is a high density foam layer on the bottom that provides support for the upper layers. The innersprings move separately which reduces the movements that are usually felt by the other person in the bed. My husband moves a lot in his sleep and I barely felt it. The foam layers are hypoallergenic and resist allergens, mold, bacteria, and dust mites. The outside cover is very pretty. I almost hate to cover it with sheets! The mattress was compressed, rolled, and shipped in a bag inside a carton. It's good idea to have the mattress where you want it when you open it and be careful when cutting it open. My husband and I love this mattress and recommend it.
