Bad reviews? Bought anyway… here's our experience:
My son (8) and I both looked at the reviews together. I was about to buy this and he says… but what if it doesn't work… so he had a valid point to look through the reviews before buying it. As you see, there are many bad reviews. And I told my son we would buy it because he had some extra $ on his gift card here. IT HAS very detailed and specific instructions. I followed the instructions carefully, and it worked flawlessly. No problems here at all. I told my son we were taking a risk by doing it, but it was fine. So no regrets. Just read the instructions. =]

won't download and poor customer service
bought this for my son for Christmas, but it wouldn't let us download it. wrote the company and still nothing. we've been dealing with this for months and he still can't play it.

    If you have trouble, your are just out of luck.
    This download did not work properly. There is no such thing as actual support from Microsoft anymore. The closest thing you can get is some random gamer from the "community" online. I got off after a half hour wait. Complete and total waste of money. You have to have accounts for this and that then this other. You can't just download the game and play it. Minecraft is fine but this download was a absolute throw away. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
