love this bike! mongoose is my first choice from Walmart out of all the bikes, shipping was fast, it does need a few adjustments out of the box so if you don't know what you're doing have somebody do it.

Frame is welded crooked so can’t get the tire on.
I bought this for my sons birthday. The frame is welded crooked so I can’t get the front tire on. Now he doesn’t get a new bike on his birthday. Very disappointing.

    Brake handle broke twice
    We bought this bike a month ago. The brake handle snapped off bc it's plastic. We decided to try another of the SAME bike and the same thing happened. It's really unfortunate, especially since bikes aren't cheap!

    Be careful when buying- not a good bike
    This bike seemed ok when we first bought the bike. My son loved it. After day 9 of only having the bike my son fell off his bike and when he picked it up his brake part broke off. He didn't even fall hard enough that the brake should have snapped the way that it did.

    Horrible quality bike
    The worst quality bike I've ever seen. Bought this for my son who rode it twice only to have the shift guide completely fall apart after the second ride. Save your money and look for a different bike.

    Still waiting on a bad part
    My daughter still can't ride this $200 bike because I can't get a broken replacement part ! Got it with broken part . Was told I had to get it from manufacturer who turns around and tells me it's Walmart's fault.

    Chain guide complete broke. Not repairable. How can a brand new bike a 7 year old rides brake like that? WASTE OF MONEY

    OJCommerce has awful customer service
    We ordered two of these bikes for our kids for Christmas. One arrived in great condition and the other had defective brakes. Walmart customer service has been fantastic but buyer beware if you have to deal with the third party shipper, OJ Commerce. They are a nightmare to deal with and do not honor Walmart's return/refund policies with defective or damaged items. My rating is more for the third-party distributer than the product and I will actively avoid purchasing a product from them again. I'm hoping the one non-defective bike we have for Christmas is good quality.

    Bought this bike for my grandson and it broke after 3 months I went through customer service but because the bike was bought over 90 days ago they will do nothing it was 95 days A bike should last years not 3 months

    Not worth buying online.
    It was a little difficult to put the handles together due to the fact the brakes wires were all tangled up. Also I didn't even get a chance to ride my bike, because my brake lever for my back break snap right off soon when I squeezed it.
