This product sucks
This is the fourth one of these things I have been shipped. All have been defective. Your response is to send a replacement without checking to see if it works. I was assured this last time that it would be checked before shipment and that it would work. The box was not opened and of course the unit was not working. I have bought from you before and been happy, but this whole experience has soured me on your whole operation.

    Shredder fine
    Great value. If u r lucky enough to need to replace a dead paper shredder then look around at what other sites are offering and then order this one.

    It was easy to set up, took minutes. Works better than a more expensive shredder that it is replacing. I like the easily removable bin. We put a liner in the bin that makes emptying it very easy. Works very well so far.

    I've had other shredders but this one cut my ‘shredding time' by way more than half. Other shredders didn't live up to what they said they would....but so far this one gone beyond.

    BEWARE
    If you live in the US, please be advised that the plug in for this does not work here. We went back and forth with too many people for too long. We had to send it back so they would send us one that would work here. We are paying for their mistake as no where does it say this in the listing. They said they could not help us more because we bought this through WalMart. I am guessing it is a good item, but have no idea at this time.

    I love this shredder. I have had no issues with it. Only suggestion is don't try to shred so much that you stuff the basket or you will have paper shreds all over you floor.
