Works great
This works great, even upside down like we have employed it! My daughter made a wooden bird feeder and we have had a heck of a time trying to hang it. So much so, we ended up just setting it on the fence. But then we got this. The little hole that is in the feeder itself fits perfectly in the large hook, and the smaller hook fits perfectly over our small tree branches. There is not too much swing, even when windy, so there is very little spillage in the breeze or when the birds perch on it. And now our cats have some outside entertainment too. It is a sturdy piece of metal that seems like it will hold up well and not rust in our salty air. Overall a great, simple design. Would definitely recommend.

I have not been overly excited about the extension hook. Maybe if the ends could have a clip option. When the wind blows during a good rain, I have to rehang either the hook or my birdfeeder.

    Good hook
    This hook is great for hanging your bird feeders or plants you can use it for either it gives you a nice extra length when needed to make it a little easier to reach your feeders but not to much to make it easier for the animals you dont want to reach overall a good product . It has a good coat of black paint that hasnt scratched off yet also

    High quality extension hook
    The extension hook is made of high quality material. The painted surface is nice and smooth. There are no sharp edges. The hook is quite strong and capable of holding a fair amount of weight such as a bird feeder or small pot. I will be using this hook quite a bit around the home.

    Handy Hanger
    This 12 inch long double hook is just right for hanging my bird feeder. I chose to hang it from a small tree branch but I suppose that it could be hung from other things if a tree isn't available. It's made of metal and appears to be very sturdy. My bird feeder is fairly heavy and did not cause the hanger to bend or give in any way.

    Puts birdfeeder up high without a ladder
    I had to get a step stool to hang my bird feeder high enough last time. Can't have it too low or birds will be afraid of cats and cats can get them easier. This extension is sturdy and could hold plenty of seed weight. I like the two sizes of hooks on the end for big or small branches. You can just reach up and hang the extension from a branch, no need for a step stool. As well, this hanger could be used for other things like hanging it off your shower to hang a sponge on, or hanging it off a clothes rack to hang some belts as well.
