    This was a great product. I've never used it before. I always got t her spicy one, with the red label. Have not seen that one in a while. I put this on my pork loin and it was great.

    Delicious and full of aroma mrs dash spice blend
    I really love to use this for simmering with lean chicken (to make chkn salad). I moderate salt. This is a wonderful flavor boost to help you avoid bland and still be able to cut out salty mixes. I appreciate Ms dash so much. I like walmart mixes too, but have to pay attention to the ingredient list. eg: their lemon pepper whops ya with sodium. PS. I bought the large bottle as shown here and I have used a little over half since Summer of 2021.

    I can't believe there's no salt!
    I love this seasoning. You can use as much or as little as you want. I like to use a lot. I thought that everything needed salt to have a good flavor. Wrong! Doesn't matter which Mrs. Dash blend you use, they all taste great! I love the Garlic and Herb seasoning. I use it on Tilapia and it always comes of bursting with flavor. You can't go wrong with this. Now it's not a finely ground seasoning, so if you don't mind small pieces of garlic or any other spice in the container, then you'll like Mrs. Dash.

    The best salt free seasoning mix on the market !!!
    All of the Mrs. Dash products first and foremost taste great AND DON'T HAVE SALT!!! For no other reason, Americans ingest way more salt than they should. and think about it... you can always add salt if you feel you need more of the salt taste. I use this in some salads, and some chicken and fish recipes, also with pizza, Italian and pastas. All of the Mrs. Dash seasonings list on the bottle their best uses, and I agree. The mixes are fabulous. I don't think it works with meat, but they have a BETTER THAN McCormick steak seasoning for steaks which is simply called steak seasoning that's amazing!!! NO SALT And I use the chicken seasoning with chicken, pork and turkey (I even use on Thanksgiving turkey in lieu of salt along with all the natural turkey spices. As far as ease of use, I like that it has either a shake side or a measuring spoon side. the cap is a little tight but I open the cap before I start getting seasoning on raw foods, and the bottle washes well. Also like the bottles are plastic.

    This replaces the poison called SALT
    Awesome!!! It's great and helps me stay away from salt. The real poison in our life is SALT it's literally a poison. Salt is in everything and it slowly destroys the kidneys. Young or old stay away from SALT it's killing you.
