    Mulan Will Always be a Classic
    Both Mulans are great. The latest movie has amazing cinematography and I learned it is based on a true character. So that means there really was a Mulan and she did serve the Emperor. I will leave it to others to see what happened to her. It could have been better, but in that time women were to be seen and not heard. Even so, fantastic movies. The first had Donny Osmond with his memorable song. The second has Mulan herself showing likely what she went through.

    I really liked what they did with this movie. It wasn't a scene for scene copy of the animated version like a couple of the other remakes. They made it a more serious movie that I felt like I was watching for the first time while keeping the feel and heart of Mulan ever present.
