We ordered this shelf for our business and it is missing two couplings to it so I cant even use it. Currently trying to contact them so I can get them and finish putting it together.

    I gave this as a gift to my sister, she is putting her canned goods on it. it is sturdy to hold heavy items with the wood on the shelves. I have 2 of them myself and love them. for the money, great gift. Who can not use more storage???

    Finally easy to assemble
    EDSAL New design with joiner coupler makes verticle columns assembly very easy. Had three of these with the OLD design, and could be frustrating. Coupler made this a "snap". FIVE STARS. Open box to finished in 30 minutes.

    No instructions
    No instructions. Only 2 couplings. No clue if I have the rest of needed parts or not but definitely short couplings. DISAPPOINTED! Heavy box makes returns difficult. Trying to get online customer service to understand written english is also difficult.
