    Great value for the price
    I've been using these ever since they first came out on Musician Friends website for $2.50.... about 5 years. At this price, I could change the strings 2x year without sweating too much about the costs. I don't play everyday, but a few times a week (20-30 minutes each time) and I'm not a heavy strummer... haven't broken a string yet. Sound is pretty good; again you're talking $2.50 for a set of 6 strings. A few times I let it go until a year before changing and yeah, they do sound dead but after a year. Give it a try.. for those of us that aren't playing for a living... these gets the job done!
