    Seems to help
    I started taking this to make my nails stronger on the recommendation of a nail salon owner. Biotin seems to help. I've been taking it for over 6 months so that my old nail has had time to grow out completely.

    I don't eat a lot of foods that have biotin in it so I take this supplement and I'm not disappointed. It seems to give me the energy I've been lacking. I have so many food allergies and I'm able to take this with no problem. No negative reactions. Good quality and I can tell I chose the right vitamin for me.

    i love this biotin! the size is great (about a Swanson size "2")... i can tell my hair & nails are healthier from taking it... i wish there was a 2,000 mcg available, too!

    My hair is growing faster and my nails are growing longer and they are much stronger. I first started using Biotin a few months ago and I noticed the difference within the first couple of weeks. Even my eyelashes grew! When I ran out, I didn't re-order for a while and the results went away. I have since placed another order and will continue to take this product.

    What a deal
    My nails and hair have been growing like weeds since taking this product. I was excited to find it at a high potency for such a bargain of a price. Highly recommend it, plus biotin has been linked to supporting blood sugar regulation so that was an added bonus.
