I do not like it. I have tried it and the end result is hard or gummy. I compared it to another similar product. The other product resulted in foods that were like using regular flour, not giving up quality for gluten free. I am extremely disappointed.

    Namaste Flour is the Best for a Gluten Free Option.
    I am sensitive to gluten. Finding a flour mixture that is all in one was hard to find. Namaste flour and products were a godsend for me. I have used the flour along with almond flour just out of preference for stretching the dollar, but it is not necessary. I believe the Namaste company and Swanson's have a caring philosophy that I respect.

    The best 1 for 1 gluten free flour I have ever tried!
    After several failed attempts at making delicious carrot cake cupcakes with other gluten free flours, I did some research and decided to give this a try. For the first time, these cupcakes came out tasting everything but gluten free! The cake was moist and fluffy, and this flour truly is 1 for 1.     Namaste Makes the BEST Bread
    I absolutely adore this gluten free flour mix! After trying probably 8 other mixes, either premade or self-mixed, this is the winner for my family's bread. I use the company's Grandma's Bread recipe and out comes the perfect loaf of bread. The combination of flours is free from all the typical extra allergens and has a fantastic mouth-feel when it's finished and ready to eat. For someone who has to maintain and gluten free diet for severe allergy reasons rather than dietary preferences, it can be very difficult to find quality substitutes that provide a good simile to the wheat-based standard. This flour does just that. It is more expensive than some other mixes and less expensive than others. For us, it provides the perfect loaf of bread that even our non-reactive teenager will eat. That's a winner in my book!

    Unsatisfactory Results
    I have used this flour blend 4 times. The first two (pancakes, which I have been making forever, and homemade bread) came out disastrous. The mixture for both was very GUMMY. The pancakes took 10 MINUTES to cook on the griddle. Weird. The bread barely rose (and I've been making bread for decades) and was extremely dense. The results for the other two times used was okay - biscuits and cookie bars. I can't imagine what the difference was as I have been baking over 50 years with similar flour. I'll finish up the bag, with fingers crossed, but will not buy it again for sure.

    Best Ever Gluten Free Flour
    I have been baking gluten free for many years. I had not been able to bake a great loaf of bread until I found this flour. Following Granny's Gluten Free Bread recipe, the bread came out tall and not spongy. I have also made their oatmeal cookie recipe which my chocohalic husband prefers to chocolate cookies. That says a lot. Very easy to work with, as well.

    This flour is good for breading or to be used in recipes where flour isn't the primary ingredient. All the muffins, short breads & biscuits I've attempted to make with this flour turn into a gooey mess - like the inside just doesn't cook. I get very different results using other brands of all purpose gluten free flour.
