5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser07/05/2017great flourIn overseas where I came from our main grain there is sorghum,so we use it for baking bread alone and mixed with whole wheat flour,the other main use for it is to stirr it with hot boiling hot water,in Arabic they name it Aseed.Then they eat it with meat soups or with molokhia ,or with butter milk mixed with grinded tomatoes or with milk and ghee.This dish is uesd for thousands of years in Arabian peninsula,Egypt,East Africa,and may be India. Because it is easy got good nutrition and so cheap ,everybody can have it and use it . We consider sorghum as the best nutrient grain,no grain better than it. The bread I do with is sourdough yeast mixed with whole wheat flour,I just made it yesterday.It was so delicious .Sorghum flour can be baked with yeast or without yeast,but it is fragile and no gluten in it.Some people may like it that way,it is good and delicious too,I made it last week just with sourdough yeast.
