Biotin by Natrol is the only way to go!
Great stuff, Natrol does it right. If you need cost saving 250 Ct bottle, get it on eBay, like I did. You may also want to try Melatonin, by Natrol of course.

    I paid for 250 Natrol Biotin tablets and only received 90 tablets. So, Disappointed, waited almost two weeks for the wrong amount sent to me! I returned products, hopefully this will be resolved soon!
