I just got them yesterday I took them just the way they say it do relax u it take up to a hour before your eyes close my sleep is be off for a year because I am older I like the taste I never use sleeping meds before this is my first time no headache but to work the right way I think u have to take it every night

natrol melatonin gummies bad taste
I have bought these melatonin gummies on off and they always tasted great,but this last bottle i bought are awful they taste like super glue smells. I contacted the company and let them know. They said there manufacturers changed an ingredient and that is why they taste awful. They offered a refund with receipt.

    Fast and efficient
    These work great. Sometimes I'm rarely able to fall asleep before 1am so I'll use 1 gummy and be knocked out cold in less than 2 hours. If I take two I'll be out in 30 minutes. Just make sure you're hydrated because the first few times I woke up with a dry mouth and throat.

    Oh, What A Night!
    Although this product didn't work for me, I couldn't bring myself to type anything bad about this product. At one point in my life, this did work for me. I have insomnia that is currently being treated by a doctor. I take very strong sleep meds and I wanted to wean myself off of it. This was the reason for the purchase. So, I don't recommend this if you have recently taken prescribed medication. I think that I should have detoxed before taking this. However, the gummies are tasty, with no strange aftertaste. Overall, this is a good product.

    These work okay. They dont work immediately takes about 30 min for me at least. I am 240 lbs. Im still not sleeping through the night. I am not a doctor or medical professional and I am not suggesting anything for anyone but for me Tylenol PM works better.

    NIGHT NIGHT...SLEEP TIGHT!
    THANK GOODNESS we FINALLY learned from an INCREDIBLE R.N. that one of PapaBear's daily meds (after having quad heart bypass surgery) actually CANCELS OUT your NATURAL MELATONIN...so that's why he couldn't sleep for the first 3 months after surgery!!! Just eat 2 of these yummie gummies about 30 before bedtime...and PapaBear can finally sleep!
