Great for kids but just 1/2 of one Ages 2-9
It say adult I use and my eight year old I give her half of one do to this germs out.Children vitamins is a waste of money I give her what I take and she doing just fine on it.

    I have ordered this product twice and I like it a lot. It has a really pleasant grape taste and is easy to chew. Since I have so much trouble swallowing pills, I always look for a chewable that isn't a gummy. I will continue purchasing this product in the future.
