    used to try to thicken hair and promote growth. cant say that i saw much of a difference after the 60 day supply that i bought. maybe it takes 3+ months? i will be trying it again

    I liked these for sure!
    This biotin supplement is great! I prefer the ones for hair, skin, and nails, but these are definitely great in more extreme cases! Would highly recommend.

    Have patience it will work!!!
    I've been using this for 2 years and it's kept my nails growing strong…. A little too strong.lol. And with my lupus my hair stays very thin and brittle especially around the edges. I believe this product has helped to keep my hair soft too!

    I have fine hair because of my Gray and was trying to take the biotin to make my hair thicker. I think it may have worked but not one hundred percent that the biotin did this

    Seems great
    I just bought this vitamin, I gave it 4 stars out of 5 becuse I haven't had it long enough to know much but I do know it tastes good and it has made my nails grow tremendously so far. And easy to take and swallow it is fast melting so I love that.

    This brand is very similar to other brands. It is easy to take and digest. Nothing stands out about it though. It's a hood value for the price. Worth a try.
