    Please be aware, that Cyanocobalamin is not a natural source of vitamin B12 It is a synthetic. The natural form of vitamin B12 is Methylcobalamin.

    B-12 is an essential part of being vegetarian. It is key that I make sure to take this supplement!! This brand is fantastic and I love it :) I have tried some other brands and they tasted sorta funky.

    Natures bounty vitamin B 12 is what my doctor has recommended that I take I've tried other brands it's affordable I wouldn't change anything about it and I wouldn't very much recommend this product. ��
