Hair skin nails
Works well for hair length healthy looking skin and keeps my nails strong - growth without breaking. If I don't buy this I just use biotin which does the same thing just a little cheaper.

Poor quality very disappointing
I ordered 3 packet/box. All the softgels came all attached, when I tried to separate them, it burst and now damage.

    I seen a major difference in the growth of my hair. Cut it all off a year ago and it's the same length it was before I cut it compared to 2 yrs of growing it before I cut it last year. No difference in nails but I love it for how it's grown my hair back!

    This item was picked up an hour ago. the seal had been removed and there were 109 capsules rather than 120. Who, in this day and age would be stupid enough to swallow a capsule from a bottle that had been opened, some contents removed and then placed back on the shelf?

    Not working so far...
    Can't really say. My nails are breaking off in the middle of the nailbed. Perhaps I'm not getting enough protein. Or perhaps I need to give these vitamins 60 days to see if they work.

    Amazing for dry lips!
    I have been taking these vitamins for several years and they do exactly what they're supposed to! I was a little short on money a couple months ago so I used my wife's daily multivitamin instead of these and now that I have been taking them again for about a week my normally very dry chapped lips lips are so smooth again! definitely recommend!

    I dont know if its working or not but they say biotin is good for hair and nails. You get 120 but gotta take 3 a day. Been using for 2 months and dont notice a thing.

    check quantities - frequently changes
    taking these for a while and after several months, nothing, so not impresssed. Also less Vit B per dose than previously and who knows what else they did to the ingredients. Now you get 90 in a bottle? I just got 120 a few weeks ago. Same price. And last year when i started was 150 or 180 in a bottle for only 2 bux more? Just weird. Keep in mind you need to take THREE caps a day for one dose. Be sure to take with food else you will taste all day. Think fish oil. But these were still preferable to me vs their dreadful gummies. So glad to be done with this.

    I had 1/2 of my thyroid gland removrf some time ago, taking synthroid to balance the hormones. This product is great for your hair, after thyroid surgery your hair tends to get thinner, this is great to help restore your healthy hair as well as your skin and nails.

    Love this supplement - it works!
    I love this supplement, it actually seems to work. My head is growing in new hair and strengthening the old hair which has thickened its texture . I tried it on a lark and am very pleased that it seems to work. I have problem nails and it has helped some with that but nothing startling. I will take this consistently from now on.
