Cost more than AP flour but is healthier!
Healthier replacement for all purpose (AP) flour. I use milled flax seed with the almond flour - about one to two tablespoon to two cups of almond flour because almond flour has more moisture than regular flour. The ratio of is 2 cups almond flour to 1 cup AP flour.

More Filler Than Flavor
Lacks the rich taste I am accustomed too in almond flour and is on the dry side.

    Finest almond flour I've tried
I've tried several brands so far. This is the finest and best tasting to me.

    Love almond flour
Awesome flour substitute! Better for you too. Great in pancakes. I like flour too and love to eat everything but a great healthy choice.

    Love it!
I don't know why but this item is much cheaper online then in store. Every time I buy in store it is $20 and here I can get the same bag for $14. It is great quality. I use to make macarons.

    Really good almond flour!
This is excellent almond flour. It's fine in texture and the smell and flavor are good. I do recommend this product.

Not quite as fine or as white as Kirkland brand
This almond flour is a little more coarse and a little darker than another brand I tried from Costco, but it's a good value at the price for which I bought it, and should still function pretty in simple, cake-like recipes. For something that depends on a more refined almond flour (like Indian badam halvah) it might be a bit too coarse and too much of the brown seed coat of the almond.

    Best Brand I've Tried!
Great value for the quantity you receive. Best almond flour brand I've tried to date; and I've tried a lot. Makes my keto bread muffins turn out light and fluffy. Great for keto pancakes and desserts as well.
