Not sure if it is doing what it says, but no complaints here. Tried putting in my smoothie, but the cayenne pepper is too overwhelming. Taking it by itself is NP though

    trying to lose weight so i ordered this product along with 2others, taken exactly as directed along with a healthy diet and exercise within a week i was down 7pounds and in a month i lost 30pounds. this brand and its products are really good but you must put in work its not a miracle pill

    I am very pleased witht this product thus far. My energy level has increased & my weight loss is going great along with my current diet. The ease of simply taking a vitamin daily as opposed to drinking some not so yummy drink is what I definitely love. Also, the price per serving is awesome!!
