Couldn't be more pleased
I purchased this last year for my mother and it was a hit. She loves to sit in her deck and watch movies or listen to music and this is just what she needed. It is easy to use and even comes with a remote. The picture and sound quality are great. This is a perfect portable little entertainment device. I highly recommend and will probably purchase another for myself.

Frustrating!!
It looks great. I find the directions hard to understand. I tried to make the tv work cant get a picture. I cant find the bill or I would return it.

    GREAT BUY GREAT PRICE
    This was a good purchase. Easy set up, easy to use. I am 60 years old and if you have ever set up any TV this one will not be a problem. TV has a good quality picture, DVD plays clearly, radio has clear sound with nice bass. One thing that was a surprise not only does it have a built in antenna, it also comes with a magnetic base external antenna. To be honest I set up the system without ever looking at the instructions. When turning on it will automatically start in DVD mode. Easy to change to TV mode using the remote control mode button. The screen display can be turned off during radio use to save battery energy. There is also an on screen guide display. This is accessed on the remote control with the EPG button. The recall button allows switching between two TV channels. The system also has a USB port that can play movies, video files, and photo files. This is a good quality system at a great price. I highly recommend the purchase of this unit b

    Does not work properly
    We had a power outage a few months after purchasing this item, which was the sole reason we bought it. The battery option does not work at all. We tried to brand new sets of batteries. The company refused to fix or replace the defective item.

    Like as a boombox, hate as a tv
    We bought this for the battery operated tv for power failures. The tv picks up nothing. When you scan for channels about 10 come up but not 1 comes in. We tried it with the supplied antenna, nothing. We took an antenna of our other tv, nothing. The antenna on the other tv brings in 14 channels. None on this. The radio has great sound. The DVD works fine so I guess we'll watch movies during power outages.

    Beware of wobbly knobs.
    Overall, I liked the product. The only issue is the knobs are extremely wobbly, as others have noted. I dont see this lasting long. Reached out to the manufacturer with absolutly no response.

    Poor packing!
    It will be a gift so I'm hopefully about this. The packing for shipping was terrible! There was NO packing, no padding, the glass screen was one side of box with no padding, I watched usps throw there box on my porch, corner of the box was caved in. Of late almost all shipments from Walmart have extremely poor packing.

    Great value tv/dvd boombox!
    I really like this tv/dvd boombox. The picture quality is pretty good and it received all the stations my tvs do. It comes with an antenna but you can always use a different one for stations that are further away. The one supplied worked for me, though. While the volume isn't extremely loud, I still love this device. I bought it in case thre power goes out or if I want to take it on an outing where there isn't a tv. You can also connect memory cards and your smartphone or tablet through its bluetooth capability. My son wants one now. I would recommend this boombox. (In the pic, I still had the protective plastic on the tv screen)
