Poor handling and storage!
I ordered nine bags of these Chocolate chips and they had all previously melted and cooled into large discolored chunks. Nine Bags I will have to break up into small discolored chunks to use them in cookies. They taste the same but they certainly are not presentable for toppings.

    Request a REFUND
    I requested 4 - 24 oz pkgs of Nestle's Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips, and received 3 - 20 oz pkgs of the MINI morsels, plus 1 - 11.5 oz pkg of the semi-sweet chunks. My recipe needs the regular sized chocolate chips - I will try to make these work, but I am disappointed!!

    Please nestles fix it
    I absolutely hate the supposedly new and creamy taste of the nestle semi sweet chocolate bits. I didn't make my traditional Christmas candy because last year the new semi sweets ruined the flavor. They leave a horrible after taste in your mouth. This is as bad as when Coca Cola went to new coke. Yuk nestles, please go back to the original semi sweet morsels. Haven't you heard the phrase “If it's not broke, don't fix it”. What a shame

    Where are the REAL Nestle Toll House cookies?!?!
    I have bought Nestle Toll house chocolate chip cookies twice in the past month from an actual storefront in the mall.... They do NOT taste like Nestle cookies at all! The batter part tastes different and the chocolate chips are a different chocolate altogether! NESTLE YOU NEED TO FIX THIS, I swear if it's not fixed I will NEVER buy your cookies again! Why would you mess with the perfect recipe that is a childhood favorite???? SAD SAD day!

    Oh Come On Nestle
    I just can't win with you guys. After years of buying your refrigerated cookie dough I ultimately had to stop because your new “improved” recipe tastes absolutely horrendous. And when I decided to try making my own homemade cookies for the first time in months, I find that even your morsels have changed for the worse. Why did you feel the need to change every recipe, and why do you still try and claim they are improved when you have many customers stating otherwise? You guys really let me down, I'm going back to store brand for everything cookie related.
