Wow!
I read the reviews and thought “this must be ok” but after setting it up I'm getting 6 times the speed and that's over my provider max speed cap without paying for the upgrade.

I absolutely HATE this modem.
Loses connectivity CONSTANTLY. IPS/Cox doesn't seem to help either. I hate this modem. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Netgear "support" is a joke!

Why is the Manuel or Quick Start Guide?
Why are the links broken on the product page for the cm1100 modem for the user manual and the quickstart guide?

    Netgear CM100 Modem
Easy setup after contacting internet provider to give info for activation. Instructions were a little confusing since it tells you to disconnect existing modem

    CM1100 Review
I can't give more than 3 stars for now. I replaced a Cox modem/router with 1 Cox pod and now Sirius does not play thru my sound system reliably. It cuts out after a few minutes so I have to assume that the issue is with the Netgear modem and mesh system I bought.

    Excellent modem
This is the best modem I have ever owned and purchase many over the years. Offers consistent uninterrupted multi-gigabit speed with encryption that keeps me safe with the reliability I need to stay connected in this covid season/ work from home environment.

    Worked perfectly right away
Net gear technical support was amazing and my Net gear nighthawk modem started talking to my also new Net gear mesh router right away. Great experience getting with both modem and mesh router and technical support.

    Return netgear customer.
Tried a net gear router in the past and decided to change my modem to a net gear when it came time for an upgrade. Love the net gear night hawk modem so far. It has proven to provide the consistency and dependability that the router had shown. Happy customer.

    Great experience so far!
One of the major reason for upgrading to this modem from my older Netgear router/modem was to allow the 1gig plan from my internet service provider to work efficiently and this has been working great so far. The product registration and tech support was a pleasant experience as well. Would definitely recommend.

    broken IPv6
IPv6 prefix delegation doesn't work. My router only gets a single IP address, which means nothing on the network can get an IPv6 address. This was a drop-in replacement for a comcast provided similar product, which did prefix delegation fine, so it's the modem, not the network, and not my router.
