Cracked watch screen
the pink kids watch was cracked when it arrive but the packaging was in tacked. it must have been a former return and was put back on the shelf.

    Awful product!!DO NOT GET THIS WATCH !
    I would not recommend this product at all didn't come with a SIM card and when I got a SIM card for itinerary did not work so I emailed the company to get help they were going to give me a 7dollar refund and have me keep the watch and then they were going to give me a 16 dollar refund not the full amount that I paid for it so do not get this watch nothing but problems with the watch and company

    A piece of junk, DO NOT BUY!!!
    I wish they had 0 star option! I bought this match for my son's Chrismas gift, it turns out it's totally a pc of JUNK!!!! NOTHING WORKS, CANNOT RECOGNIZE ANY OF THE SIM CARDS, AND NOW THE SELLER CANNOT BE REACHED. don't buy it! it's junk and no return could be made!

    Don't waste your money
    This was the most useless purchase. You need a SIM card to use it and when you get one it's too big to fit into the watch. Definitely would not recommend. Got it for my daughter for Christmas and she can't even use it

    Hate your product
    The instructions was to tiny yo read and it was never told to me that I had to have to watch unlocked my Walmart. .and of course Walmart store did not know what to...unorganized and watch is not user friendly
