USED and USELESS
Disc had multiple smudges on the surface, like fingerprints. Placed it in the CD player. It would not even turn and gave a 'No disc' error. Next I tried to squirt a drop of the liquid onto the fiber strip, and the liquid dribbled out the side of the bottle rather than the applicator tip.

    The cleaning brush part was barely attached and came off durung use. It is still in my car cd player somewhere.

    Use before and after each time for CD players.
    My Blu-Ray player wouldn't play my favorite DVDs so I decided to give this item a try. After using this CD cleaner my machine plays all my movies with no problems. Thanks for a remarkable product!

    NOT FOR GAME SYSTEMS
    Works but didn't fix my Xbox 360 but there problem something else wrong with the system and the ps4 won't read the disk I recommend use only on movie players and CD players not game systems

    Disk had scratches,looked like it had been used,and when I went to put a drop of cleaning liquid on disk the dropper piece came out and I lost half my cleaning liquid.

    Unsure if worked since it is in foreign languages
    It has only one opening explanation in English then everything in foreign languages so I was unsure if this worked at all. Never heard of using a drop of cleaner on the brush but I did it anyway. This manufacturer needs to give a better explanation in English, after all this is The U.S.A. and here we speak English
