I don't wake up hungry in the middle of the night
So I gained some "stay at home for covid-19" weight this year and my pants don't fit anymore. I've gotten other supplements from this brand before and always had a good experience, I trust their quality. Now, I haven't changed my diet whatsoever and I can't say whether long term this will help me shed a few pounds, but I can say that so far it has helped me sleep better and I don't find myself waking up in the wee hours feeling hungry and then tossing and turning for way too long. I really like that this has melatonin in it, and it's pretty simple and straightforward to take one at night. I've gotten better rest on the nights I remembered to take this. Now let's hope I can also drop a pant size or two and get back to my 2019 sizes so I don't have to buy a whole new wardrobe!

    so far so good
    i have been using these for about a week and about 30 mins after i take them im no longer hungry even if im hungry b4 i take it. i was having trouble going to sleep at night now i fall sleep soon as i hit the bed. i hope they help with weight loss tho. ill see with in a month.

    First off i want to say you cant really go based off everyone reviews when it comes to weight supplements because everyones body is different. Im 24 years old before i started takin these i was weighin at 327. Now i did take it by it self and it really didnt give me energy so i started takin it with B12 vitamins and idk if the B12 was giving me the most energy but it dont matter because i am now weighing 323. So if your curious just give it a try honestly.

    Let me start off with saying I NEVER write reviews. Ever. But I just HAD to for these. This is the only thing that worked for me! I've placed 3 orders total and definitely going to continue!! I was working out at a steady pace 4-5 Times a week for an hour at a time. And was seeing MINOR results if ANY. But with these, they work WITH ME. I can notice the difference. For example. I could eat 5-6 pancakes... And could continue.. Or snack afterwards. But I now can eat 2 and feel absolutely full. Don't crave snacks or sugar. And am satisfied with less. (But a necessary amount) I made sure I was still eating my essential nutrients and drinking lots of water. I'm not looking to really LOSE any more weight now but maintain. So I may switch to only one every other night instead of every single night. When I started taking these I weighed 148 pounds. And now weigh 120... Total of 28 pounds. I'm more than happy with this supplement and hope whoever reads this finds the inspiration to try them.

    I love it!
    I've been using this fat burner for about 4 weeks now. I still feel hungry at times, but I am losing weight. Could be from my change in diet, maybe. I am glad I started this in addition to my weight loss plan. I've now lost 14 pounds. My diet hasn't really changed that much either. Also, I am not getting any more exercise than before. I recommend this product.

    For me, it did not work.
    I have been losing weight at a good rate since last December due to my change in diet and incorporating exercise. I chose this as an addition to help me lose more weight and also help me sleep. I thought “okay two in one win win.” No. I didn't change any of my ways and in a week and half's time I gained 6 pounds. Nothing else I had changed. So I decided to go a few nights without it and see what would happen. And I've lost 3 pounds since. So obviously either I just don't react as I should to it or maybe the specific bottle doesn't work, but either way I'm not risking more weight gain.
