New Coffee maker
I purchased the Ninja Dual Brew about a month ago, best coffee maker I have owned. After laving Luke warm coffee from my old Keuring dual brewer I am so happy to have freshly brewed pot of coffee waiting me for each morning and it is hot and says hot, love that its a does 4 hours, the Keurig only did 2 hours, not long enough. Coffee never tastes burnt, always fresh. I don't mind having to have to swap the module out for the pods, the 3 water sets makes it so much better. I would really recommend this coffee brewer. I did not need the higher end one, this was ideal for my nèeds.

No K Cup Filter Available
It is ridiculous to not offer a K Cup Filter with your coffee machine or even as an accessory. I have searched everywhere without any luck. My parents only drink a certain brand of coffee which is not sold as a k pod. And brewing a whole pot is a waste.

    Brews Quickly!
    I really like how quickly this coffee system brews. It takes very little time to heat up and brew no matter which brewing style you use. My only complaint is that the k-cup option leaves grounds in the cup. It's more noticeable in the second cup of coffee. I remove the k-cup attachment and rinse to remove grounds before making the next cup and it seems to help. Other than that I am extremely satisfied with this product.

    Makes Great Coffee
    I have purchased several Ninja products and really like the features and quality of them. So when I needed a new coffee maker I thought I'd give Ninja a try. I liked this particular model because of its slim profile and the fact that I could remove the water reservoir. Unfortunately when I first went to use it I was a bit disappointed with some of the other operating features. First off, it's not intuitive like some other coffee makers, so I had to get the manual out to figure out how to set the delayed brew. Not sure who proofread the manual but it directs users to both pages 16 and 18 for the delayed brew instructions. However, in my manual those instructions are on page 14. Secondly, users must manually shut off the drip to pour a cup of coffee. Then remember to turn it back on before they want to brew another pot. This is an inconvenience to say the least. Especially when most coffee makers have had auto drip stops for years. Lastly, Ninja is currently out of the permanent filter baskets for this model and do not give an alternate option. The model comes with about 5 paper filters. So I guess I'll be buying more paper filters. Sorry Ninja, but I don't think this product stacks up. :(

    Amazing Upgrade!
    I bought the Coffee Maker as a Christmas present to myself and to add to my Ninja collection. What an upgrade! I absolutely love it! It allows you to make k-cups or a full pot, multiple brew settings along with size adjustments and a measuring unit. I like being able to set a timer for a fresh cup in the morning, and the fact that I don't have to pour water in it every single time I make a cup has brought me into the 21st century!

    Great coffee maker
    Bought this for my wife for Christmas. It replaced an old maker she had for 5 years. She loved it. It makes regular coffee or ODS depending how she feels. Plus she can now have a single cup of decaf, flavored coffee or tea in the evenings if she wants. So easy and so convenient.

    Phenomenal machine!
    We positively LOVE Ninja products - we own many of them! It was time to upgrade our Ninja coffeemaker and I spotted this gem and am so glad I got it! It makes a pot of coffee super fast! It's easy as pie to use, it's very flexible, and everything comes out so delicious! It's such a wonderful convenience having all the functionality this unit offers! It's like having three machines in one! And how many coffee makers do you know of that have a scoop built into the side of the machine?! Ninja has thought of EVERYTHING! We intend to be loyal SharkNinja happy customers for the rest of our lives! If you haven't picked up this unit yet do yourself a favor and get one!

    The best coffee maker
    The Ninja Dual brew coffee maker, single serve K-cup or 12 cup drip coffee maker is the best coffee maker I have used. The K-cup is great for on the go and the pot is perfect for the weekend when we are both home. It is very sleek and doesn't take up extra room. It is easy to go from K-cup to coffee pot. I also want to add that the Ninja punches 3 holes in your K-Cup allow a much better cup of coffee. I would definitely recommend this coffee maker.

    Morning time saver
    The dual brew coffee maker is a great time saver. The set up was super easy. And the fact that I can set it up to be ready for me when I wake up is the greatest feeling. I enjoyed the fact that I can use a Keurig cup and a regular filter to make a big batch of coffee. It is also very slim and cute design for any kitchen. I would recommend this for any coffee lovers. I did enjoy that it also makes the coffee for iced coffee and not just hot one. Great product. You technically get three machines in one.

    The most COMPLETE drip coffee maker ever!
    The Ninja® CFP201 DualBrew Coffee Maker, Single-Serve, K-Cup Coffee Pod, and 12-Cup Drip Coffee Maker (I had to use the whole name to show all it can do) is the top of the line! And this model isn't even the top of it's line! It will do everything the common drip will do and more. I grind and mix my beans, and this machine makes making good coffee easier. To start, it has its own measuring spoon, removeable water container, and there is only one lid on top that has to be lifted to remove a part to be cleaned (I hated having to close all the lids on every one of our previous coffee makers to open a cabinet door), and it doesn't need to be opened but once a week. Now, the carafe is made of a very thick glass and easy to clean, the warmer stays on as long as the carafe is on it, preventing having to turn it back on after two hours, as all of our previous coffee makers have (our longest time with the Ninja has been just over three hours) and its programmable, and everything that needs to be cleaned by hand is easily removeable. I cannot recommend this drip coffee maker highly enough. If you like K-Cups, you have that option, and if you only need a single cup or a pot, this is the machine for you!
