Amazing and powerful!
I love this Ninja® Professional Plus Blender DUO® with Auto-iQ® so much! Its amazing and a huge step up from my previous blender that was just a basic one that barely could blend! This Ninja® Professional Plus Blender DUO® with Auto-iQ® is able to create crushed ice that looks like snow in under a minute approximately! I'm so impressed. I've never owned a machine that can crush full size ice cubes and transform them into snow for snow cones or slushie drinks. This is a very powerful blender. I like that it also has the smaller container for blending a personal size slushie or smoothie. This will be great for any future parties I host or just daily use creating smoothies and such for my family. I love this so much and its definitely my new favorite small kitchen appliance! I strongly recommend it!

Crap constantly flashes E01 call support tell me to reset jar been doing that for a year now out of warranty and testing jar no longer works Junk!

    Buyer Beware / Heads Up
    This is Model BN750 and it does not crush ice or have the ice crush option. It is not the exact same one that is picture or described. The Model pictured and described is Model BN751 . I will be returning it. On top of that issue, Fed Ex dropped the item on my drive way and it does not work anyway! The box bottom broke open and when I looked out my kitchen window I saw them putting everything back in the box and tapping it up. I tried to operate it but no workie and that is when I noticed it did not have the ice crush button option. I called Ninja and they confirmed that this is model BN750 does not crush ice. Of course it might crush ice a few times. IDK the technical difference in the models.

    i would not buy it.
    it is a piece of kitchen equipment hard to handle, i cut my two fingers. the small blender piece is not working. i have to return it.

    Cup too wide
    If you are looking for a blender that does individual smoothies, keep looking. The diameter of the smoothie cup is so wide compared to the blade, what happens is you turn it on, all the ingredients get spun to the walls of the cup, and the blade reach. And you run it, and the ingredients just laugh at your smoothie maker. You can eventually get it all blended nicely, but it takes a LOT of vigorous shaking, removing the lid, stirring, blending again.

    Used and damaged
    Its disappointing when you buy a "new" product only to find it has been used. All the pieces were loosely thrown in the box resulting in them getting damaged. Extremely careless. Will most likely return. i think ill be sticking to Amazon for my non grocery purchases.

    Great blender.
    I had another smoothie maker that after 7 years stopped working, so I purchased this one and really like it a lot. Works great. Only disappointment is that layer I saw this same blender at Sams Club for $10 less
