This game is so much fun ,your exercising but your also playing a game . Some of the exercises are hard but you can work up to the difficulty level, Theres a lot of games to choose from you can start out slow and itll rank you up to more difficulty levels . I absolutely love this game , its fun and very challenging!!

    Enjoyable, interactive RPG workout game. I leave every session with a nice muscle ache and wanting to play more. It's easy to make a routine of working out every single day %26 after 10 days of playing this game I already feel healthier and have more energy. I can't eat a lot of healthy food because of health restrictions, and I'm still losing weight. It's perfect if you find yourself getting bored with working out. You also don't have to miss a day of exorcising due to travel because it's on an easily portable system. That was one of the big turn-offs of Wii Fit for me.
