first time - sticks
First time using this bundt pan, it stuck on the bottom. The recipe had called for grease & flour, so I did. Quick release - didn't. Ended up using a plastic knife, cutting around the sides and then shaking it until it came out, then the cake was missing the bottom, which would have been the top, so, I just flipped it back over, drizzled the frosting and had a cake with about 1/2" missing from the bottom. I would still recommend since I own other Nordicware products, but hopefully the next time it won't stick. Suppose to be non-stick, easy release. Maybe I won't grease/flour.

    Great price and quality!
    After reading lots of reviews about different nordicware bundt cake pans, i bought this CAST Aluminum pan. It was big and quite hefty, not flimsy. Baked my bundt cake, followed recommendation to oil and flour the pan (i used the baking spray with flour), cake came out easily and it looked great. The design came out sharp and clear. I think for the price and quality, it was a great buy!

    Nice pan
    I read alot of reviews as I was replacing a Pampered Chef stoneware bundt pan that I had for years. This is nice, solid and not too fluted. States not to use nonstick spray, but I probably will at some point. Will need to get used to the metal pan, practice makes perfect.

    This pan is wonderful! Just make sure the first few times you grease and flour well and it will get better after each use:) No complaints on this pan and would buy again:)
