    This is methyl B12. The cheaper B12 is artificial and cannot be absorbed by the body. So always choose one specifically labeled with Methyl otherwise assume it is not present. B12 is good for immune system , fatigue, anemia, and cognitive (thinking) skills. If a vegetarian or vegan. It is a must
