Good variety
I like this 5 day kit - all the items had a clear label for breakfast, lunch, dinner or snack so it was easy to just grab and go and takes out some of the guess work. I especially liked the breakfast and lunch meals. 5 days is a good kick start for any meal plan. Portions were decent and with all the snacks, I didn't feel deprived and hungry. I used the app to help track my progress and it's really easy to use. You can just scan all your foods. Next time I'll try the other 5 day kits.

It is so easy to get started, just download the app, instructions are included. Your 5 days of balanced meals and tasty snacks are easy and quick to prepare. It solves the mystery of what to eat. I was not hungry at all! Start today and start losing weight! This kit makes everything so easy!

    "Canadian Style" is not marked on the turkey bacon egg and cheese muffin packs. While going through the rest of the box, they replaced two items. They swapped the sweet ginger veggie and grain blend with a spinach and cheese pretzel melt. They also gave me a meatball parmesan melt instead of the vegetable frittata, as pictured. Lastly, I am missing an entire dinner! The chicken fajita bowl is not in the box. Not happy.

    Great jumpstart to eating better
    This my first time trying Nutrisystem and I really like it. The shipment came packaged nicely in dry ice and all of the frozen items remained frozen. The breakfasts, lunches, dinner, and snacks are all color coded. The portion size and added protein and fiber are just what my diet needed to make some changes and get out of bad habits. The breakfasts and baked goods were my absolute favorite. Some notable extra good items were the strawberry shortcake cupcake, classic hamburger, meatball parmesan melt, four cheese manicotti, and turkey sausage and egg muffin. The ice creams left an aftertaste so I didn't enjoy those as much as the baked goods. I definitely want to order more of my favorites that I discovered with this sample pack and continue using Nutrisystem!

    I am a former Nutrisystem customer who is coming back due to my positive experience previously. I have had both the frozen and not-frozrn product. I am absolutely impressed with the quality and variety of product in this new offering! The meals are easily color coded to differentiate between breakfast, lunch, dinner, or dessert. They are easy to prepare...most often by microwave. Throw in a small salad, cheese, nuts, fruit, vegetables, and you have all you need for a week on the nutrisystem meal plan.

    Great taste, variety and convenience
    This was my first time trying Nutrisystem. I was familiar with them and knew what they were all about, but this was my first time trying an extended meal plan with a variety of their products. After trying everything, was impressed. My 5 day guilt free kit arrived in a styrofoam box. There was a good amount of dry ice and ice packs that kept everything inside frozen. All items in this particular 5 day kit need to be kept frozen, so I put everything directly into my freezer. One very nice aspect was the color coordinated items. Breakfast items were packaged yellow, lunch was blue, dinner was red, and desserts were blue. This makes it very convenient when everything is stored in your freezer and you need to decide what to eat. I really enjoyed the variety of the foods. I never felt I was “always eating the same thing,” which is common complaint when watching your weight and trying to eat healthy. Breakfast options had variety like muffins and bagels, lunch with melts and sandwiches, dinner with pizzas and pasta, and desserts with ice creams and cakes. Much to my surprise, the food was actually good. I didn't have high expectations and thought the food would be cheap and salty. All the food was actually delicious and had plenty of natural flavor. The meats such as the chicken were tender and chicken pieces were a decent size. The pizzas had great ingredients and the desserts were very good. The portion sizes aren't the largest, but this is expected when trying to watch your weight and eat healthier. I still felt hungry after eating most meals but this made me more conscious about portion control. All the meals can be microwaved and cooked within a few minutes which also makes it convenient, especially for an on the go lifestyle. One negative I did experience was a missing item. I only received four dinners instead of five. I hope this isn't a more widespread issue and just a one time error. Overall, however, I was very impressed with this Nutrisystem 5 day guilt free kit. The variety of foods was satisfying and the quality and taste were very good. I'd definitely recommend to others looking for weight loss support.

    When I got this other meal plan for myself with hopes that it would be generous to my palette, I found out otherwise. Here are somethings that were in this kit. Buttermilk Waffles, Turkey ham and cheese omelet, cherry cheese roll, honey wheat bagel, Canadian turkey bacon egg cheese muffin, ice cream sandwich, chocolate brownie ice cream sundae, orange creme bar, lemon zest cake, strawberry shortcake cupcake, grilled chicken sandwich, Pepperoni Pizza Melt, Broccoli & Cheese Melt, Vegetable frittata, Sweet Ginger vegetable blend, chicken and bacon ranch pizza, chicken alfredo, four cheese manicotti, chicken fajita bowl, flat bread mediterrranean,. Some of these meals were not good some tasted good and others were just okay. I wasn't a fan of the frittata at all or the Broccoli cheese melt or the lemon zest cake. The Pizza did taste good as well as other items did but other than that I wasn't to much of a fan.

    Better than I expected. Huge flavor improvement over the NS products I ate years ago. As expected, in order to lose weight, portions are small for me. Supplement with veggies and you have a good meal.

    Great tasting food to jumpstart your weight loss
    Whenever I think about pre-made diet meals, my experience has been a mixture of weird textures, bland, and still feeling hungry. Nutrrisystem has changed my mind with this 5 day kit! First of all the food arrived packaged in a styrofoam cooler with dry ice so make sure you pay attention to when it is supposed to be delivered. The items were easy to unpack and went straight into my freezer. The food items actually look appetizing like the picture on the package. The best part- the taste good too! Now I'm not saying that it's like eating in a 5 star restaurant. However for it to be a balanced meal, the products still tasted quite good and filled me up. I feel like my shipment was a nice variety of flavors for each meal (you get one breakfast, one lunch, one dinner, and one snack per day). All items can be heated easily making this perfect for anyone looking to have a balanced meal plan to jumpstart their health journey or for someone wanting to eat healthier on a tight schedule.
