Great purchase!
I ran into a small issue with shipping. Customer service reached out to me immediately and tracked down my package. A+ customer service is exceptional! As for the trampoline, it didn't take long to assemble. It's very high quality, safe, and my kids will be able to enjoy it for years to come!

Do Not Buy
Please don't waste your money or time buying this product. I passed over several less expensive trampolines thinking this was a better choice. WRONG. Once we got the trampoline put together 3 of us lifted to move a bit and one side bent like it was made of butter. We were shocked!!! Trying now to return for a refund. Also, you can only communicate with this company by email and you cannot take it back to Walmart. Very disappointed....

    Great customer service and great product
    Love the trampoline. Rather easy set up. Did need a second person to attach the frames together. Packaging had some missing hardware. Contacted the seller and they had replacement hardware sent quickly. Great customer service and a great product

    Great product and even better customer service!!!
    Received in less than a week! My kids love it! Had a minor issue with the net. Jenna in customer service was awesome! She responded quickly to my email and stayed in touch until the issue was resolved! Would definitely recommend this product and this company!

    Great trampoline! I wasn't sure about a ORCC trampoline as I haven't heard of them much as the other trampoline makers out there. I read the reviews and felt it was pretty solid buy. I also liked the fact that for slightly more than the others for the 15' size this includes EVERYTHING you need to set it up and accessories. I also really liked the fact that this one had a max weight limit of 330 lbs. Unlike another manufacturer that had a 15' with a max weight of 200 lbs. so this means adults or more kids can jump at a time! Putting it together was pretty simple we made a few mistakes but, we didn't really read the directions well. Once read a second time made sense and went smooth. All supplies are there even a spring puller! Which most you have to buy separately. We didn't even need a screwdriver and everything didn't need it. Really awesome that they include a rain cover and wind stakes that usually you have to buy separately as we live in a very rainy state and have hurricanes blow through frequently. The rain cover is good as my other trampoline the cover over the springs and jump mat was worn away quickly over time without it. In the pic we didn't fold up the rain cover neatly and just rolled it up and stuck it under until the next rain comes through. Shipping I might add was SUPER FAST! We got It a week before the scheduled earliest time though we were kind of close to their shipping center so we got it before my daughters birthday sleepover :) Great buy and recommended!

    It is definitely a two man job to put it together. The frame seems sturdier then other trampolines we have owned. We do like how the saftey net is secured around the bottom, hooking it into the trampoline mat. The trampoline seems bouncy enough - definitely a plus being rated ovrr 300 lbs. It does make a big difference. We would never purchase a trampoline rated at a lower weight again. Really like that the windstakes are included. The only thing we don't really care about is the ladder. It hurts your feet climbing it. We just exchanged with some hot tub steps we had. Over all a very good buy

    Good product so far.
    Arrived quickly and in good condition. Pretty straight forward assembly. Took me a little over 2 1/2 hrs to assemble by myself. I like the 330 lb. weight rating over other models also. Just wish it would have came with the corkscrew yard anchors instead of the u shaped stakes. The instructions with the trampoline even called for better anchors than supplied.

    Nice Trampoline
    This is a very nice trampoline. It is well made and was easy to set up. My 7 year old and I did it in about 2 hours. Instructions were straightforward and easy to follow. He's been on it quite a bit since assembly and he loves it. ORCC makes a great product.
