I dont ever leave reviews but this little treadmill is fantastic. I've had it almost two weeks and it is fantastic. Quiet, smooth and easy to move around. makes working out or getting steps in with kids so easy.

Treadmill was a DUD!!!
Was so excited to get this treadmill based on all of the good reviews. Well, my balloon got popped big time. The condition of the treadmill looked like it could of possibly been a return or damaged during shipping because there was a huge dent on the metal handle that raises up, and there were scratches on the plastic base near where the digital display is. The treadmill turned on at the base where you push the button, but the treadmill never responded to the remote, no matter what button I pushed. Having to rely solely on a remote to make the treadmill work is a huge risk. Without any other buttons on the treadmill to make it run, it basically means that if there is an issue between the remote and the treadmill 'communicating', you are basically SOL. The remote was working because the blue light illuminated every time I pushed a button.

    Do not waste your money!!
    Do not waste your money on this treadmill. I didn't expect amazing quality for the price, but I've had it less than a year and it has a weird lag when you walk on it. It pauses momentarily when you are stepping on it, making it impossible to use how it is intended.

    I bought this treadmill a year ago and it had issues from the moment I bought it. The belt would randomly catch and I would fall off of the treadmill or into my computer. The belt would also rub the side and mess up no matter how many times I would adjust it. I tried to return it with customer service but they just kept telling me to send a video of the issue and to adjust the belt. I adjusted it several times and nothing changes. I tried returning it for a couple months from the moment I got it but they never let me even though it was well within the return time. I finally pulled it out this past week to try it again and had someone else look at it and still have the same issues as before. Very disappointed that it does not work and with the customer service. There goes $250 down the drain.

    This treadmill looks good. Minimal cosmetic defects and the material looks pretty decent for the price. But… it is LOUD. Like incredibly loud. I thought I would be able to use it while I listen to music or a podcast.. Nope. I turned it off after like 15 seconds.

    Horrible customer service, avoid it at all cost
    Within a month, the treadmill started making noises at high speed and when I reached out to customer to return, I was asked to record a video and sent it which I did. They came back and said it's the running belt that's causing it. Instead of offering a return label, I was told to open the motor to adjust the belt?!?! But I did it anyway. However it didn't resolve the noise problem. So I reached out again to return it. I was told that I have to pay for the return shipping for this huge item to ship from CA to their location NJ. This is horrible horrible customer service I have ever experienced and I'm honestly shocked how they asked me to open the motor to fix something while it was their one-month-old product that's making noise. Attached pictures are their response to my return request. I would've also included a video of the product making noises if the app allowed me to do so. Please avoid this brand at all cost.

    i wasnt expecting much cause it was so cheap, but its a decently functional treadmill. My issue is the handle arrived bent. tried contacting seller and have received no response and i cant return it to walmart.

    Makes an extremely loud noise as soon as you start to walk on it. Tried adjusting it. Tried adding more silocon. Nothing worked. Don't waste your money.

    LOVE This Treadmill!
    This is EXACTLY what I needed/wanted! I have a very small house and an even smaller home office. The fact that this treadmill has a bar that folds down was perfect for me so I could place it under my desk and walk while working without the bar getting in the way of typing. I am walking right now! :o) The bar, when down, does have two metal tabs that stick up so I placed pieces of foam over them to avoid an injury when getting on/off the treadmill. You can see them in the pictures. DON'T LOSE THE REMOTE. The only downside I have found to this treadmill is that it cannot operate without the remote. There is an on/off switch on the treadmill itself but you cannot move the belt without the remote. It will auto shut off after 1.5 hours. The motor does get a bit warm so I let it cool down before walking again. Overall, I highly recommend this treadmill, especially for small spaces.

    Buyer Be Ware
    Less than sixth months after purchase the treadmill failed with an error code while I was using it. The machine stopped in mid-stride throwing me off backwards. Lots of curs and bruises but not serious. Wrenched my back. The code states (EOC). Failure Power Tube Breakdown. LESS THAN 6 months old. Dude yourself a favor and look for a better treadmill.
