great product with little price on higher side.
its a great product. Little expensive but that should be ok since its coming with back massager as a functionality . its approx. 5 days or so that I have used this product but as of now, no issues. little messy to assemble but once done, its great. missing is only circular motion locking functionality, since it is sold and marketed as office chair, it should have circular motion locking functionality so that it can be locked and user can focus on work.

Walmart, take several seats
One of the holes on the bottom of the seat was completely stripped and unusable so I could not assemble the chair properly. The seat cushion itself was one of the most uncomfortable things I've sat on in my life. Walmart also makes it nearly impossible to return items from 3rd party vendors. If I could give negative stars for the product itself and Walmart's inflexibility, I would. Save yourself time, money, and hassle of returning and don't buy this chair.

    Liked that the product came shipped to my door the morning of the shipping date to receive. Works perfectly and everything necessary to set up the chair was included in the box. I like it a lot for the price I paid.

    Extremely disappointed.
    I bought this chair for my wife for her desk. I spent more than I would have normally, but wanted the "USB Adjustable Lumbar Support". There's no USB port nor did it come with a cable to plug into a port if there was one. Having purchased many office chairs for my company, I could have saved at least $20.00 or more on a chair similar to this one as it did not come with the "Massage Function". I make my purchasing decisions based on what I believe are accurate descriptions. The description accompanying this chair was far from accurate.

    This does not come with usb massager like description states. There's a lot of squeaking noises after a week of use.

    Super easy to assemble. The seat is wider than your typical office chair but I like that. I tend to sometimes cross my legs (yes, I know it's bad for my posture) so I can easily do that with this chair, especially since the armrests pull up. Highly recommend it!

    Confortable and hopefully supports 210 lbs
    This chair is super comfortable. The padding on the armrest and seat really helps me come home and rewind. I love everything about this except the armrest and backrest feels very cheap and I'm afraid it might break one day if I lean on the armrests to much when I get up.

    Lot's of bang for your bucks
    This chair is very comfortable and has plenty seat space however, I would of maybe liked a little more cushion other than that for the price it is a great chair and I like the adjustable arm rests. This feature really comes in handy in tight spaces it allows the chair to be positioned under the desk almost completely. Can't go wrong for the price. Thank you

    Disappointing
    I do love the comfort of this chair. However, I am not sure how long it will last as two if the bolts that attach the arm rest to the back continuously fall at. The holes are not correct on that side so it strips the bolt trying to get it in. If it wasn't for that. I would be in love with this chair.

    It Takes Longer than Represented.
    It takes longer to assemble than was represented in the description. I am a 60 year old woman. I have very little strength in my hands and it took me 45 minutes to put the wheels. The rest of the assembly went fairly smoothly but it did take longer than I was led to believe.
