Organic whole wheat bread flour
Great product for bread baking. It's organic and good tasting. I mix it with organic rye flour for home baked bread.

Online Nutrition Fact didn't tell the truth!
I ordered this flour because I saw the nutrition fact showing protein 4 g , fiber 3 g per ounce, but after receiving the flour I saw the nutrition fact showing protein 3 g, fiber 1 g per ounce. I paid high price but didn't get good product!
