BUYER BEWARE!
be aware that this is a thin pillow. it is only about 2-2.25 inches thick. and when you put your head on it to sleep the buckwheat squishes down and it becomes only about 1.50 inches thick or less. it also says it's 19 by 15 inches, but i measured closer to 19 by 14 inches. it might be ok if you sleep on your back, but it's pretty useless if you sleep on your side.
