Ready to spary weed killer for your lawn
This Ortho Weed B Gon product is simple to use. All you have to do is connect your water hose to it and there is a 3 position switch at the top (Off / Water / On). If you want just water to come out, put it in the Water position. If you set it to the On position, then it will mix the product with the water, and you can spray and treat your lawn. You spray the lawn that needs to be treated and make sure you have a hose long enough to reach the entire lawn. This product is safe for lawn (I have Bermudagrass). Refer to the label for instructions. Overall it's an easy product to use and helps with killing the weeks you have. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Inexcusably horrible packaging
Product seems OK. However, packing unbelievably bad. Bottles laid horizontally in box with no plastic barrier. So, package arrived with wet bottom from leakage. I repeat: box arrived leaking weed killer!

    Weed Bgon Leakers
    Works well, I've used it for decades. Only problem this time is that when I initially bought two bottles, one leaked, box arrived soft. Amazon replaced it. When the replacement arrived it had leaked as well. Between the two leakers I got what I paid for so I'm content. The seal on the bottles may need to allow for pressure changes . I don't know what altitude it was bottled, but we're at 6200 feet so that could be a problem. The seals did not look particularly tight, indicating they had come loose from the bottles' rims.

    Work and Cost Involved - But Worth It!
    Mostly for eradicating burr clover. Your expectation should be that it will kill off or wilt about half the weeds. Directions call for a second application months later, but by waiting months later, the weeds make a comeback and you're pretty much back to square one. What I do - spray once. Wait 3 to 7 days, and if signs of weed life still exist, spray again! If possible, make the second (and possibly third) spraying a spot spraying, targeting the active weeds only. Stay at it! Be tenacious! It is worth it to me, to kill off those little spiky sticker balls! I've HAD IT with those things attaching to my family and friends' socks and shoes, stabbing into ankles, to be hitchhiking into the house! Once you rid your property of burr clover weeds, they will usually not reappear for years. Most effective by spraying in the Spring, when the clover begins growing and the burrs have not as yet developed/appeared. Weeded patches will of course turn brown, so seeding those patches weeks later is a good idea. Remember that this product enters the weed by being absorbed by the leaves, so generally it is best to NOT mow then spray. Allow the weeds to grow and leaf-out, THEN spray when leaves are apparent and have a reasonable surface area. WEED! BE GONE!

    I got this product and sprayed on my Southern Florida lawn in hopes that it would take care of a dollar weed outbreak. It worked to kill the dollar weed initially as shown in the pictures. Later on it also killed most of my grass. Not sure if the grass I had was a weed, but other weed killer did not kill it.

    This is the handiest way to kill spring weeds. If you are worried about seeds you put out don't the seed won't come up but killing weeds will allow the grass to thicken, It is worth more than the price it handy to hook up to the water hose but most of all it will help you start a Scotts yard.     Worked as expected !
    Easy to use , effective weed control product. it can be used in a pump sprayer but I used the Ortho hose end sprayer ( screwed right on it ) for my application , I got my whole front yard sprayed in less than 20 min start to finish.
