Aosom is great !
Love our swing. Seems well made and sturdy. Package was damaged during shipping and parts of our swing were badly damaged. Eleven in customer service quickly resolved the issue. Would highly recommend the Outsunny swing and Aosom. Will definitely purchase from them again.

This item is very flimsy. For $399.99 I give it one star. If this item was $150 I would give it 4 stars. IT IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

    Perfect for swinging grandchildren!
    The directions for putting the swing together could have been better. But, once we got it put together we loved it. It's perfect to sit in and watch the grandchildren play and for them to swing with me. It's also pretty. Glad we made the purchase.

    We love it!
    Exactly as pictured/described! Very happy with the finished product. Certainly a great value for the price. Assembly instructions were brief, but perfectly adequate. A few tips which future customers may find helpful: I recommend first identifying all the parts by comparing them to the illustrations/descriptions, and grouping them together. (Some appear similar.) Though the holes are all predrilled as needed, wood tolerances may be loose by nature. The manufacturer clearly states that one may want to use a rubber mallet, to aid getting some parts to align for assembly; I totally agree. After a few uses (and things settle), I'd suggest going back around and tightening the hardware wherever possible. Prior to delivery, my concern was that I may have to assemble the seat bottom and back (which would've been a bear). I looked at the instructions before unwrapping the parts, and it even suggested using a powered screwdriver. (Ack!)... I was so relieved, to find the seat bottom and back are fully manufactured (i.e. slats are already attached); there isn't a single screw to deal with, in the whole process! It's just putting together some nuts and bolts. Easy!

    A very nice swing for the cost.
    The assembly isn't too challenging. Overall we like this swing a lot for the cost. The dark color is nice, and it comfortably seats 2 adults.

    Poor quality
    We were replacing a older swing and were terribly disappointed in the quality. All of the screws are long leaving dangerous points. One of these is on the inside of the arm The hanging is 2 S hooks on each end which is not secure. The bench is not comfortable with the slope of the seat.

    Get the cedar swing, not this thin pine.
    This is a flimsy pine swing. NOTHING like the hard cedar swing we replaced. My 290 lb husband does not dare sit on this. It is only capable of holding me and maybe one child. NEVER again. Waste of money. I should have just sprung for the extra dough and got a good one that I know will withstand two adults. This will not. My 18 year old 179 lb son is afraid to sit on it too.

    Great product.
    Arrived three days earlier than originally scheduled. With two people, it took us approximately 30 minutes to put it together. The hardest part was measuring all the bolts to make sure we used the correct ones in each location. Have been using for 6 days and love it so far. Sit on it almost every morning and evening while it is cool out. Can't wait for this fall.

    very happy
    We were hesitant to purchase this swing because it didn't have any reviews but I am so glad we bought it. Put it together today (recommend two people) and we are very happy with it. It looks great, the color is just as pictured and we may even purchase another one for us (purchased this as a gift). Very happy.
