Great Gazebo!
We have been looking for a nice metal gazebo for the past year; this one is great! It has the mesh and regular curtain(bugs and sun) which others charged extra for. We are happy with our recent purchase and would recommend this item to anyone looking for a gazebo.

Bad order bad business
got it took me awhile to start putting together it has a bent rail and doesn't appear to be all here it is also black in color and doesn't look like the picture as shown. not buying again!

    Hardtop Steel Gazebo w/ Curtains
    I purchased this gazebo for the backyard because I will be moving in my first mew home soon. Shipment arrived in 2 different boxes 2 days apart from each other and oh yeah you will have to sign for your gazebo. 1st box arrived on time(the framing) box was a little damaged tore on one side. 2nd box arrived 2 days later (the rooftop) box was not damaged in good condition. Both boxes are big and heavy and the delivery driver had to use a toll dolly to bring boxes to the front door. I reached out to customer service and they informed me their is a 1 year warranty on damaged parts so that was a relief to know as I will not be moving into my home or having the gazebo put together for now. Overall, I am super excited and happy with my purchase and hope all pieces are there and not damaged as some other reviewers have had issues with. I would definitely recommend this gazebo to anyone who needs a backyard get away! Also for the price and quality it was a good deal!

    Poor design considering installation requirements
    I do not recommend this product simply due to the extensive assembly requirement. I ignored others review about needing 4 to 5 people to assemble the roof, unfortunately its true. Its a design without considering the gigantic assembly requirements. But if you are still brave enough, I can provide some useful tips. Installing legs is easy(1hour). The center rectangle roof panels are easy too, however you should consider connecting the two pieces of roof panels using a packing tape before you try to slide the roof panels into the groove. The 8 triangle shaped panels (two pieces each) will be very tough. Consider sliding the straight side in first and then play around with the diagonal side. You will need one person under the roof panel holding the panel so it does not slide back, 2nd person pushing the panel from outside, 3rd on top of the panel trying to push the diagonal panel into the groove, sometimes a 4th person under the panel to align the panel with groove. Sometimes a 5th person, watching and providing guidance if some place the panel is misaligned. Its a very flimsy panel and needs a lot to push pull to shove it into the groove. Unfortunately, I spend 4 unsuccessful hours with help from only one person. Then, I invited a couple of more friends to get this beast together. A very poor design and if I had a choice, I would have returned it. Will see how long it will last.

    Missing a second box and broken pieces
    So far I'm not impressed. I got 1 box out of 2! And they lost the 2nd box. And now hopefully in a week I will have my roof to finish putting together this gazebo. And one of the parts came broke. You would think a thousand dollar gazebo I wouldn't have to be dealing with this mess. Fingers crossed it's resolved before my daughters birthday this month.

    Missing box for the metal roof parts...seriously?
    Product looks great so far but like other reviewers and I've been warned, they forgot to send me the second box that has all the metal covers for the Gazebo roof. You would think by now, they would not mess this up but they did.

    Assembly and time
    This is a great gazebo once installed. HOWEVER, after speaking with multiple people who have this gazebo, they warned us about the labor. It takes 3 people to assemble the frame and the roof definitely needs at least 5! It's very tricky and takes time. All in all this gazebo is highly recommended, but you will spend minimum 5 hours to assemble.

    I love my Gazebo
    Love my Gazebo. It was pretty easy to install. Just when you get to the top of it, it is a little tricky, but once you get em in then its all set. It has rained and been very windy and the gazebo is up and no water gets on the inside. The whole family loves It. I would recommend this product. It is well made and sturdy.
