Great portable and sturdy! Love it!
We bought one for camping last summer, it is sturdy and simple to set up. My husband (shorter than me) can get out of it easily and so can our 29 yr old 6'3 friend. I have trouble getting out because its too low for me but I am also a big girl with a bad hip. There is a hook on one end down the middle of the frame that you can tighten the longer hammocks up on for better height. I hope some day they make this exact set up with more height where I can get up and down better from it. For young folks or folks that can get up from low points this is an AWESOME hammock stand! We loaned ours to the tall friend mentioned above and he ended up buying one for himself and his 9 year old so they can hammock on the back porch (out in the country) they loved it. My hubby loves it and swears by it.

    Crummy Case
    The case is poorly made. Zipper fell off when I attempted to open it. Now it will not zip up again. Hard to pack when you don't have a working case.

    Great for camping or chilling in the yard.
    This product is easy to set up, super convenient for travel and is super durable! The instructions are attached to the bag so you never lose them. It can be a little combersome to move around fully set up by yourself, but it's super lightweight and easy to fold up, and move around the yard. Or if you have a friend you're sitting in it with you can pick up each end and move it to a shady spot super easily.

    I love this hammock stand!
    I bought this thinking if I didn't love it I would return it. But I actually do love this hammock stand! I got a second one just last week. It is the fastest way to hang a hammock, hands down. I love that I can stick it in the back of my car, go camping, set it up on the ground, hang my hammock. Done. I also love that I can set it up on my deck or inside my house. Its the best priced hammock stand I have found. Yes, it's a little heavy, but I carry my 3 yr old around, so it seems light to me. Its very sturdy too. I am probably going to get a third one soon. I really was surprised at how much I ended up liking it. I also read on some hammock forums you can put cinder blocks under the feet and raise it up. I haven't tried that yet, but I may if I need to. I hang pretty low to the ground with my little buddy, but I don't mind. I guess I figure if the hammock failed I didn't have far to fall. There is a way to wrap the end around the top and hook to a lower hook to adjust that if I decide I need to. All in all, I would definately recommend this hammock stand.

    Good but not great
    Definately a heavier stand and it made it through one summer before breaking. the carrying case was nice. Would buy another if they fix structural issues

    Terrible! Broke the first time I used it they use plastic to keep the hammock stable. Don't waste your money on this garbage.

    Sturdy, versatile, but not super portable
    I really love this! It's one piece that just folds out and there's no extra assembly required. I have several regular travel hammocks that I usually hang with straps, but wanted an option to hammock in the backyard. You do have to hook *both* sides to the underhook to get the right fit, but it fits the double Eno and kmmock brand hammocks great. The only downside is this thing isn't *super* portable which is what I was hoping for when I bought it. It's heavy and almost five feet when folded up, so you're not gonna easily tote this to the park on a Saturday to do some hammocking. Great if you're doing some weekend camping or hitting a festival or just want something for the backyard that can store away easily though!

    I liked the ease of putting this item together...there is none. Just open it up. Just a reminder on the hammock and the stand....they do not come together. Walmart should have a sign saying you have to order the hammock stand, by the sale of the actual hammock....I didn't even realize it... because i didn't read... but it was in small lettering on the hammock....and i know why, the stand is very heavy, but so far go quality. But once I ordered the stand and put them both together all went well.
