Another great product from PBSkids
We got this streaming stick exclusively for use in our playroom. My two year old can work this easily, without frustration and so can my five year old. My son is obsessed with dinosaur train so he loves having episodes, clips and songs at his fingertips. The games are simple enough for both to play and I do not have to worry about them accessing something they shouldn't, which is an issue with our other streaming sticks.

Not nearly worth the price
It's painfully slow, taking forever to load videos or live feed. I don't understand why the part you want them to leave alone is shaped like a cool car instead of the remote. The games and activities suck. Don't waste the money, buy a fire stick or roku stick instead. My child is extremely frustrated with the long loading times and it's now more of a headache.

My 5 yr old LOVES this!
This is perfect for smaller kids. I was sick of my son watching YouTube and, even with the parental filter and KidsTube, there are kids cursing and being/talking disrespectful and wild. This PBS Stick did the trick! My son loves the games and shows. He's been learning so much with the educational programming and I've noticed the positive change in his behavior. No more YouTube and Roblox - only PBS Kids!

    Awesome
We received this as a gift and couldn't be happier. It updates with different episodes often, and the best is these are the shows not available on demand for free. You absolutely need wifi for this to get the most out of it and you cannot plug it into a portable dvd or tablet. In other words, if you realize you are not using this on anything but a tv, maybe a laptop, you will love it. The best was seeing Mister Rogers is now available with episodes that feature Daniel Tiger so my kids can see how that show originated.

Kids are 12, 10, 3, 2, and 1 and love it when it works. It has a couple shows for the older girls too. it does has a problem loading if our mifi box isn't right next to it and it's pretty bad because if it's not next to it it only plays 45 seconds then loads for 3-5 minutes which is forever to my little ones so they get bored with it quickly

    Yes yes yes!!!!!
so happy to have stumbled upon this stream stick! such a lifesaver with my 2 kids, one being 3 the other 5. Before I was always searching for educational fun shows for my littles and now I feel SO MUCH more at ease knowing they are using PBS based shows and activities. Best part is they both love everything it offers so theres no sibling fighting! This is genius and pretty cheap for all the use you can get out of it.

    My kids like it
I like that toddlers and bigger kids can do the games and sing-a-longs together, and they can also use it for tv and video-watching. Easy to set up and use. Good to have as an extra device that's totally safe for the kids to use without needing to set up controls to lock them out of paid and grown-up apps and content.

    Great for kid's room!
We don't have cable - just streaming. So great to be able to put the PBS Kids streaming stick in the kid's playroom and not have to worry about them seeing any adult content. The eye-spy train game was really fun to play with the family!

    Get something better ...
I had very high expectations, since I'm a PBS fan and supporter. As much as I'd like to love this device, it failed in many ways. It's a great idea with no follow through. The device is terribly slow, awkwardly designed, and expensive when compared to other streaming devices. Do yourself (and your children) a favor and purchase a R***u or other streaming device, then add the PBS Kids apps. You'll be glad you did.

    Just get a Roku
I was excited to see this and eager to try it, especially since it touted "offline content." I thought it would be good for travel. Well, the offline content isn't videos, just some less-than-engaging games and songs. You do need a connection to play the content. It is cute and easy to use, but for $50, just get a Roku which does the same thing and so much more.
