Excellent and sturdy greenhouse
This is an excellent greenhouse for the money. We have had ours for over a year and it still looks brand new. It has been though many strong windstorms down here in N.C. and a severe hailstorm with marble sized hail. It has survived all this bad weather with not a scratch or a cracked panel. I have attached a photo showing the hail storm that shredded our grill cover, broke some decorative shutters on our house, and broke my trucks rear view mirror. But you can see in the background is our greenhouse, that survived the storm just fine. FYI; That white stuff on the deck is hail, not snow!

FLIMSY.
Not suitable for New England climate. Flimsy. Came with so many broken parts that a wind tore it apart before we could finish constructing it. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND EXPECTATIONS.

    Very cool product
    My wife and I put this thing together in about 8 hours. It was slightly challenging, but we got it done. It was nice to see the structure and all the supports come together to shore up the greenhouse into a sturdy building. The parts appear to be of pretty good quality, but only time will tell. It does seem to be something that will last a while though.

    Highlight the hints on instructions
    We started our platform by building a wooden deck for the greenhouse to sit on. When we started putting the greenhouse together, we thought we had made a mistake because the instructions were in pictures and not any explanations, there is a hint section in the first few pages and I recommend highlighting the hints and add them to the corresponding page. That helped a-lot! After getting it all put together, in about 15 hours, we are happy with the results! It is sturdy and well designed.

    Great product!
    This product is great for keeping your plants warm during the cold seasons, especially in Texas where it gets really cold. The assembly was somewhat easy with some hard steps here and there. I would totally recommend this because the polycarbon is great againsts tough climates.

    Loving this so far!
    We put ours together last Saturday. We had 5 people working on it and it took about 7 hours not including the inside support frame, my husband and I did that in a few hours. Saturday we had two guys making the foundation and the other 3 were putting the house together. Then we put the two together. Not difficult just time consuming!

    Great design, terrible packaging
    I thought about building my own greenhouse, but after pricing out polycarbonate sheets, lumber, time involved, this prefab option made a lot of sense. This thing is really well engineered. A lot of thought was given to all the parts and how they fit. I was surprised how thin the polycarbonate panels were, but after assembly, they work just fine. The aluminum extrusions coupled with the panels really make this thing look really sharp in my garden. I didn't care so much about the looks, but this is a real bonus. For the amount of engineering that went into designing and manufacturing this thing, it's surprising how shoddy the packaging is on this item. All the parts seem to be shoved into two boxes. There was some bubble wrap, but the pieces were free to bang around in the boxes. My window vent was damaged as were some of the aluminum extrusions. Overall, I'm happy with the greenhouse, but he fact that their quality control with regard to packaging the item securely and making sure all the parts are included in each shipment leaves a lot to be desired. I had to call to get replacement parts (for the damaged items) as well as missing parts. This company has a good product, but they really should figure out a better way to pack and ship their product. As an added bonus, some of the aluminum extrusions have t-slots that are sized just close enough to use 1/4-20 hex head bolts for you to make various other things that can attach to the interior of the greenhouse. For a foundation, I used redwood 4x4s secured with 2' lengths of rebar. The interior had landscape fabric with gravel laid on top.

    ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT
    We purchased the Palram 8x12 Snap & Grow. I was so excited when I recieved it a week later. We opened the boxes & I was overwhelmed with all of the parts. We matched the parts with the list to make sure we had everything. All parts & spares were accounted for. My husband, son & grandson assembled it in less than 10 hours. The instructions were so easy to understand! Now I can't wait to finish the flooring in it & add some shelves. I love it!
